TAI 2008 is the annual conference of Chartered Institute of Housing Cymru. One of the main themes will be around whether affordability and sustainability are mutually exclusive – something that is taxing the minds and ingenuity of many in housing and other disciplines. This is an issue of relevance to all sectors and will have a real and lasting impact on everyone.

In 2007 the event attracted 60 exhibiting organisations and almost 400 Welsh housing professionals over three days, bringing together 600 people.
